When water and the solutes move out of the glomerular capillary and make its way to the Bowman’s capsules then a filtrate is formed.

It has everything apart from the blood and that is why it is referred to as the initial filtrate.

Round 180 litres of filtrate is given out by the kidney every day.

Initial filtration is the process where the solute and water leave the glomerular capillaries and get enter into the Bowman's capsule.

Explanation:

A filtrate contains the same components which are present in the blood plasma. The filtrate do not contains globular protein and large molecule whereas the urine contains the waste material of the body. The glomerular filtrate contain protein, urea, glucose, creatinine, uric acid and different ions like Na^{+}, K^{+} and others.
