Irrversible Process:- Simply process which is not reversible is known as irreversible process. In this normally surrounding does some work on the system that's why system can't be return into its original state. In nature processes which are spontaneous are example of irrversible process. It is believed that irreversible process is a rule instead of an exception in nature.

Examples of irrversible process are:-

(i) Heat produced in the friction.

(ii) Diffusion of liquid.

(iii) In unbalanced expansion og gases.

(iv) At the time of breaking of a egg.

(v) In diffusion of gases.

(vi) The growth of a plant.
