seatbelt is necessary due to the inertia when a car us moving our whole body is in motion. But when brakes are applied the lower part of our body come to rest but upper part is in motion thus to keep upper part in rest we need seatbelt
shockers are required as when we hit a bump we apply a sudden force downward and acc to newton's third law it gives reaction with same force and to counter that force shockers are required. shockers absorb the force and we dont feel force
we can know that we are acc without looking at speedometer due to our surroundings. we see the things going back at a faster rate. thus we are moving forward at a faster rate and accelerating.
