In this process the gametes from both the parents namely ovule or egg from mother and sperm from father are taken and fused in lab under controlled conditions. Then a zygote forms. This zygote is grown for a week in the lab and then implanted back into the Uterus.Babies born through this process are known as Test Tube babies.
