Energy that any object possess due to it's motion. It is defined as the work needed to accelerate a body of a given mass from rest to it's stated vilocity. Kinetic Energy = 1/2 mv^2.

Where m= Mass of object and v is Velocity.

KINETIC ENERGY- The energy which is possessed by an object is called kinetic energy.
SI UNIT- Joule.
EG- Flowing of river water generates kinetic energy so it can be a example of kinetic energy.
