yes, Kishora is benifited by the roads in Palampur. He sells his cows milk so roads help him most in transporting his milk in market.Roads also help him to earn as he sometimes go to river Ganga to bring back clay to potter, sometimes sells jaggery. In this way, roads help him very much espiacially in making money.
