Hey mate,

LSA stands for Lateral surface area

while

CSA stands for Curved surface area !

LSA is used for figures which haves constant shape like cuboid , cube , etc while CSA is used to say for spheres , hemispheres ,etc !!

LSA is the Lateral surface area of a solid. It is used with cubes and cuboids and denotes the area of four walls of cube or cuboid.

CSA is the Curved Surface Area of a solid.It is used with cylinders , cones ,hemispheres, etc.(objects with curved surfaces) and it denotes the surface area excluding the base(s).
