latent heat of vaporisation:-
the amount of heat required to change the state from liquid ro gas without raise in temperature is called latent heat of vaporisation
latent heat of vaporisation=540cal/gm
latent heat of fusion:-
the amount of heat required to change the state from solid to liquid without raise in temperature is called latent heat of fusion
latent heat of fusion=80cal/gm

Hi there Nikki !!!
Latent Heat of Fusion :-
The total amount of heat energy which is required to change 1kg of a substance in solid state to liquid state , at atmospheric pressure ; and also at the melting point of the substance.
Latent Heat of Vaporization :-
The total amount of heat energy which is required to change 1 kg of a substance in liquid state to solid state ; at atmospheric pressure , and also at the boiling point of the substance.
