Legal Framework Order was an order issued by General Musharraf in 2002 to amend the constitution of Pakistan. According to this Order, the President can dismiss the national and provincial assemblies.

PRI is Institutional Revolutionary Party in Mexico. Mexico can't be called democratic because people seemed to have a choice to elect their leaders, but in reality they had no choice. There was no way the ruling party could be defeated, as the media never paid attention to the opposition parties and the people were forced to vote for PRI. This is not a fair election, and democracy must be based on a free and fair election, where the party currently in power has a fair chance of losing.

The features of democracy are:-
1. Democracy is a form of govt where the rulers are elected by the people
2. In a democracy, the final decision-making power must rest with those elected by the people.
3. A democracy must be based on a free and fair election, where those currently in power have a fair chance of losing.
4. Each adult citizen must have one vote and each vote must have one value.
5. A democratic govt must rule within limits set by constitutional law and citizens' rights.
