✨ HEY MATE ✨

➡️Prophase 1 of Meiosis is the first stage of meiosis and is defined by some different phases and these two ; "Zygotene and Lepotene" are of their Different phases.
➡️Lepotene is the first stage of the prophase of meiosis, during which each chromosome becomes visible as two fine threads (chromatids).
➡️Zygotene is the second stage in this process. It comes right after the Leptotene stage (stage 1) in which Chromatin fibres begin to condense.

\textbf{Here is your answer}

\huge{Lepotene Stage..}

> Chromatin Threads condense to form chromosomes. Chromosomes are the longest and thinnest part of chromosomes become gradually visible under te light microscope.

> on Chromosomes, bead like structures are present that is chromosomeres. All the chromosomes in nucleus remaun directed towards centrioles, so group of chromosome in nucleus appears like a bouquet like structure in animal cell.

> At this stage organism shows a perculiar type of orientation of chromosomes -- animals show bouguet type while plant synizesis type.

\textbf{Zygotene or Synaptotene}

> Zygotene is characterized by pairingb of Homologous chromosomes(synapsis). Pairs of Homologous chromosomes are called Bivalents. There develops a structure in between homologous chromosomes, which is termed as synptonemal complex. Synaptonemal complex is composed of three thick lines of DNA and proteins. According to Moses (1956) synaptinemal complex helps in pairing and chiasmata formation.
