Liver is a part of alimentary canal.. situated above the stomach.. has a capacity of regeneration..
1. IT Released BILE JUICE. Which help in emulsification of fat( breaking down of bigh fat molecule into smaller one.)
2. Also make the chyme alkaline. so that it can furthur . react with pancreatic juice which act only in basic medium...
