lymph is a colourless fluid containing white blood cells, which bathes the tissues and drains through the lymphatic system into the bloodstream.

It is a clear-to-White fluid made of white blood cells, especially lymphocytes, the cells that attack bacteria in the blood.

it is formed when the interstitial fluid is collected through lymph capillaries
