Lymph is a colourless fluid that has filtered out of the blood capilaries .It is only a part of blood.

Lymph is formed by the filtration of interstitial (tissue) fluid into lymphatic capillaries.

Lymph is a yellow coloured fluid that flows across lymph vessels and they help in carrying the large food particles which the blood cannot carry. However , when it reaches the gut, it gets connected to the blood vessels and transfers the particles to the blood for digestion....
