Lymph is a type of fluid connective tissues in the human body. It flows in the Lymphatic vessels and carries the white blood cell to the spot of infection. It has unidirectional flow, that is, It moves only in one direction and not opposite of that direction.

Lymph is a form connective tissue in the blood. It is quite similar to blood, but it is colourless because of absence of Red Blood Cells. I consists of Plasma and White Blood Cells.

FUNCTIONS:

Lymph carries large molecules of proteins, digrsted fats, germ cells and fragments of dead cells unidirectionally from body to heart.

NOTE: Lymph never goes directly to the heart, it suspends the material it carries in the veins.
