Lymph is the fluid that circulates throughout the lymphatic system. It is formed when the interstitial fluid is collected through lymph capillaries. The two important functions are
1) it is responsible for the removal of institial fluid from tissues.
2) it absorbs and transports fatty acids and fats as chyle from digestive system.

Hope this will help you.
