what is main norm used by world bank in classifying different countries have rich and poor countyries?what are ristriction of such norms?

thw main norm the world bank ises is the Average income...the country with higher avg. income is considered rich and the country with low avg invome is poor..
it has a drawback that it does not tell that how the..income is distrubuted among the population of the country...another drawback os like..development noy only depends on the income only ..it also depends on other factors like literacy rate, infantmortality rate etc.....
