Male reproductive system in human body consists of-
- Testes , Epididymis , Vas deferentia , Urethra , Penis , Accessory Glands
- Testes is primary male sex organs .They are found in pairs
- They lie in a small muscular Pouch called Scrotum
- Scrotum acts as thermoregulator .
- Testes kept as a temperature of (1-3)° power temperature needed for development of sperms
- Male sex harmone secreted by testes is Testosterone.
- They are tube like structure which is coiled and attached with testes .
- Sperms are stored in epididymis
- It joins seminal vessels and form ejaculatory duct .
- This duct opens in urethra .
- It is about 30-35cm
- This duct transport the sperms from testes to outside
- It's carries sperms (brought by vas deferns) outside the body through penis
- It's used for passing urine and ejaculating and depositing sperms in female genital tract during mating for reproduction .
