The property of metal by which they can be beaten into thin sheets is called Malleability.
Metals are most mostly malleable , ie , they can be beaten into thin sheets.
Gold and silver are most malleable metals . Due to this they are used to make jewellery and delicate items.
Non Metals are brittle , ie , they break on beating.
