what is markonikov rule and anti markonikov rule expalin as i can understand it for my whole life
cos i really can't get it plzz

In AM rule Addition of Nucleophile i.e Br occurs at less sterically crowded

AM rule only apply in Br in case of halogens...nd it require peroxide also.

While M rule apply in all halogens and it doesn't require peroxide.

According to this rule Addition of Nucleophile occurs in more sterically crowded part of Alkene
