equivalent mass of H2SO4=98/2 gm
=49 gm
V=280 ml
Molarity=4.5 M
let the mass required be x
then
no of gram equivalents of H2SO4=no of gram equivalents of the base
x/49=280/1000*4.5
x=61.74 gm
Hope this helps
(i have assumed the base to be monoacidic as acidity isn't given)
