0/0 takes values based on the context and thus is indeterminate in general.

It is not undefined. It has definition like in limits.

This means one can't associate a value with it in one context and use the same value in another context. Thus it is indeterminate.

E.g:- value of 2/3 is always the same in all contexts. That is not the case with 0/0.
