Association of solute:- It is the process of forming bigger molecules with the help of union of two or even more than two solute molecules this process of formation is known as association.

Some Important Points:-

1. Initially total number of the molecules becomes higher than the total number of molecules in the solution.

2. There will be lower value in colligative properties.

3. Colligative property is inversely proportional to the solute's molar mass.

 \sf{Colligative \: property =  \frac{1}{Molecular \: weight \: of \: the \: solute} }

4. Theoretical value becomes less than the molar mass.
