ALL SOLIDS THAT SETTLE DOWN DURING PRIMARY TREATMENTS IS CALLED PRIMARY SLUDGE.
ACTIVATED SLUDGE IS THE RESIDUE SEDIMENT LEFT AFTER SECONDARY TREATMENTS.
