Hey mate!!

Crystallisation:- The process of cooling a hot concentrated solution to obtain crystals is called crystallization.
eg:- Here is the activity that you can perform-

PRINCIPLE- Separation of pure crystals from impure sample. When a crystal is formed, it tends to include the impurities which remains in the solution.
PROCEDURE-
• Take 5g. of impure sample of copper sulphate in china dish.
• Dissolve it in minimum amount of water.
• Filter the impurities.
• Evaporate the water from the copper sulphate solution as to get saturated solution.
• Cover the solution and leave it undisturbed to cool slowly at RT (Room temperature).
• The pure crystals of copper sulphate is formed.
APPLICATION-
• Purification of salt that we get from sea water.
• Separation of crystals of alum ( phitkari) from impure samples.

I hope you will find the answer...!!!
