Exoganic or exogenetic factors are those which are not dependent on the genetic makeup of a plant.

Explanation:

Exogenetic factors are usually related with the acceleration due to gravity of the earth.

Some of the exogenetic factors are  the dispersal of seeds due to gravity.

The flow of fluid through the xylem of the plant from the soil to the leaves or the stem is also a type of Exo genetic factors.

Exogenetic factors are responsible for proper growth and nutrition of the plant.

This should be kept in mind during cultivation of plants.
