Answer:What Bassanio meant to say by the words "fair speechless messages" is that he received messages from Portia through her eyes. This means that what Portia wanted to say to Bassanio was clear to him as he could read her emotions through her eyes.

"nothing undervalued" means not inferior. For instance if i say "you are nothing undervalued than the first boy" and translate it to simpler language i would say "you are nothing less than the first boy".
