Grading is considered to be the most basic and one of the essential steps in managing the post harvesting. This process will grade the vegetable and fruits and arrange them accordingly. The arrangement is purely dependent on some physical parameters like colour, size, shape, gravity, weight of the fruits and vegetables, disease prone, and other conditions, etc.
