Where u found HA there's no HA in modern periodic table instead there are Hf and Hg, which are Hafnium and mercury respectively.

it could possibly the heading of group 17 elements by name HA,  HALOGENS. these are chlorine, bromine, astatite etc.

or the halide Hydrogen Astatide  : HAt  perhaps
