iTicket - Fancy name for a paperticket bought through their website. You specify the journey details, passenger information, and pay online. The ticket is sent through courier to the delivery address specified. This is the same as the ticket you get when you buy from a railway booking counter.

i-ticketing is same as e-ticket but a difference is that e-ticket will be available online but i-ticket is a hard copy of the ticket which is couriered to the address specified. The ticket will look similar to the ticket which is purchased through the counter.
Instead of standing in the queue and getting the ticket, here we order the ticket online and receive the same hard copy. This ticket can be given to the person who is not aware of these gadgets.
