Judicial independence is the concept that the judiciary should be independent from the other branches of government.

Independent judiciary is a judiciary which is kept away from influence of all other branches of government( executive and legislative).
Judiciary should have its independent powers.
In decision making process, judges should have freedom to take decision on all cases impartially,they should be able to act without any restriction or outside influence.
