The ability of a company to change the employment and utilization of its labour force in the face of changing labour and product market conditions is called as labour flexibility.

The different forms of the labour flexibility are :

1.  Numerical flexibility--Change in labor force.

2. Functional flexibility--change in work and responsibility.

3. Temporarily flexibility--Temporary change in working hours.

4.  Financial flexibility--Change in levels of payment of employees in change with profits of company or his performance.
