hi dude,

I can help u.....

It is defined as the heat required to change one mole of liquid at its boiling point under standard atmospheric pressure. It is expressed as kg/mol or kJ/kg. When a material in liquid state is given energy, it changes its phase from liquid to vapor; the energy absorbed in this process is called heat of vaporization.

I ma not sure is this correct or not but....

pls mark me as brainliest if this answer is correct only....

thanks and regards

When the substance which in liquid state is given energy, it changes state to the vapour (gaseous).

Hence, this is a physical property of the substance. This is called 'Latent heat of vaporization'.

Latent of vaporization is the form of latent heat which turns behind boiling.
