The word Liberty has been derived from the Latin word " Liber" which means free. Liberty in the literal sense would means absence of restraints but this kind of liberty would lead to chaos and anarchy, Rather liberty is to be understood as exercising one's choice and regulating one's actions.It implies freedom to express one's thoughts, beliefs so as to develop oneself to the fullest. It means absence of unreasonable restrictions.
