=====> LIFE PROCESS <=====

Life Process:

It can be simply explained as,

When we sit idle or sleeping, the cells or organ systems are still functioning. In scientific words, the maintenance of living organism must go on when they aren't physically active.

Common Things to all Living organisms:

Nutrition:

Nutrition is the process of obtaining food through consumption of food.

While in plants, it can be taken through photosynthesis or through absorbing nutrients from other host plants or organisms.

Respiration:

The process of acquiring oxygen through breathing and making it a available for the cells for the breakage of organic to simple compounds.

In plants, foods could be synthesized for their growth or movements or reproduction ( flowers)

Excretion:

It is the process by which nitrogenous or metabolic waste can be removed by the different organs of the body.

In plants, yeah it is true that excretion occurs in plants too. How?

Plant wastes are probably stored in the leaf which may fall after the blow of wind (or) they are stored in resins and gums (or) in contractile vacoule.

In animals, Coelenterates through cell membrane (or) protozoa through contractile vacoule.
