What is meant by National Parties? State the criteria for recognizing a party as National and State Party.

Generally parties are of two types they are:
1) national party
2) state party
Notional party means the party which is identified in more that two states
Example: BJP,TDP,CPI(M), Congress
State party jeans the party which is restricted to only a single state.
Example: TRS(Telangana),YSRCP(Rayalaseema)
