Nazism is an ideology that was practiced by Hitler and his followers. This ideology is often referred as a racist policy as Hitler himself thought that Nordic Germans were Aryans (humans) and Jews, Polish, Handicapped, Black, Colored, Gypsies were sub-humans.
Nazi Party was quite popular in Germany after the World War II because it had established itself as a successful and a dominating party in Germany. Nazi Party was not at all democratic.
Hope this helps.
