In the process of oxime, the ketone or aldehyde will have a reaction with hydroxylamine in the presence of the weak acidic medium which will give the end product as the oxime element.  

Here the reaction will have the Acetaldehyde as Ethanol with Hydroxylamine and will give out Ethanal oxime as the acetaldoxime.
