Partner By Estoppel refers to a person  who by rule or words permit himself or herself to be represented , as a partner in the enterprise , and is responsible for the credits and loan acquired by the enterprise for a such representation.

It is also called Presumption of partnership.

a person is considered a partner by estoppel if through his /her owner initiative conduct or behaviour,he/she is a partner of the firm . such partners are held liable for the depts of the firm beacuse in the eyes of the third party they are considered partners , even though they do not contribute capital or take part in this management
