The underprivileged and marginalized sections of the society need to be given equally opportunities in nation building so as to political safeguards the seats in the lok Sabha ,state assemblies ,panchayates and munciplities are reserved for the SC and ST in property to their population.

But still they are deprived of the development still and continue to suffer due to social and educational backwardness They can't be isolated and forced to live on the fringes
