The beneficiaries of this policy are Schedule castes / Schedule tribe / Other backward classes and minorities group like Shikha, Muslim, Christian, etc.

The political safeguards is justified as they ensure the voices adequately represented in the democratic setup and the nation's development acquires the all-inclusive nature.
