proteomics :

Proteomics is the large-scale study of proteomes. A proteome is a set of proteins produced in an organism, system, or biological context. We may refer to, for instance, the proteome of a species (for example, Homo sapiens) or an organ (for example, the liver).

Genomics :

Genomics is the study of all of a person's genes (the genome), including interactions of those genes with each other and with the person's environment.

Genomics can be broadly defined as the systematic study of genes, their functions, and their interactions. Analogously, proteomics is the study of proteins, protein complexes, their localization, their interactions, and posttranslational modifications.
