Hello Friend !

This means that the other levels of government for an example :- legislature and executive can't interfere in the matters of judiciary and judges can take a fare decisions.

Independent of judiciary means that it is not under the control of the legislature or the executive.

The judges donot act on the direction of the government or accordingto the wishes of the party in power.

This is why all modern democracies have courts that are independent of the legislature and the executive.
