what is meant by the print revolution? explain its significance.

Print revolution is baisically the changes that took place in the field of print before printing presses were invented by guthenburg .all reading matter was written out by hand . so it was slow to produce and a lot expensive.as most people couldn't read , it was okay.when printing revolution happened , printed material became mass produce so were cheaper and available to far more people.as literacy improved , all this reading material meant that people were able to 
(A) know more things
(B) think more deeply
(C) question the status of administration 

so the printing revolution facilitated social reform
