what is meant by the term 'thermal equilibrium'? State Zeroth law of thermodynamics, How does this law give the concept of temperature ?

when rate of Forward reaction becomes equal to rate of backward reaction then the condition is said to be thermal equilibrium

◆ according to serious law of thermodynamics if two system are separated by an adiabatic wall and other system is separated to both of them by diathermic wall then after a certain time all of these systems attain equilibrium condition simultaneously
