When an object covers equal distances in equal intervals of time, it is said to be in uniform motion. When an object covers equal distances in unequal intetvals of time ot unequal disyances in equal intervals of time, it is said to be in non uniform motion. The distance time graph of uniform motion is a straight line inclined towards the time axis. The distance time graph of non uniform motion can be any type of combination of lines.

Answer:

Uniform motion :

If the body covers equal distance at fixed interval of time is called uniform motion.

Example of Uniform motion :

vibrating spring in a sewing machine.

A ship steaming on a straight course at steady speed.

A train going along the tracks at steady speed.

Nonuniform motion :

If the body covers do not equal distance at fixed interval of time is called uniform motion.

Example of Nonuniform motion :

Oscillation of pendulum.

The motion of a train.

A person jogging in the park
