If the speed of a car is 10 m/s, it means that the car covers 10 meters in one second. Non Uniform motion on the other hand is the kind of motion in which a body cover unequal distances in equal distances of time, no matter how small the time intervals.

uniform motion is said to be observed when a particular system of movements take place continously without any change and difference
where as the non uniform motion is said to be observed when a body undergoes movements which are different and inequal
where as the non uniform motion is said to be observed when a body undergoes movements which are different and inequal
