What is meant by weak acid? Why is acetic acid (CH3COOH) a weak acid, though there are four hydrogen atom in its one molecule?

the acid whic have pH level of -3 and above are known as weak acid,they are less harmful then Strong Acid....acetic acid is not a mineral acid thats why its a weak acid,and 4 hydrogen atoms refers that this solution have a rich amount of water thats why we can say that (CH3COOH)Acetic Acid is weak acid.
