Measles is a human disease which is caused by virus. The transmitting agent of measles is air and its preventive measures are 
(i)isolation of the infected person
(ii)Vaccination at a suitable age.
Cholera is a human disease caused due to bacteria by water pollution,Its transmitting agent is water or food. It can be prevented by maintaining personal hygiene, consuming properly cooked food,drinking boiled water and vaccination.
