When a girl gets her menstrual flow for the first time , it is called menarche . It usually happens when the a girls puberty starts at the age 10-14 yrs .
MENOPAUSE
When a girls menstrual flow stops , it is called menopause . It usually happens at the age of 45-50 yrs .
