Menstrual cycle

Biogentic process found only in PRIMATES.

In human female menstruation (discharge of unfertilised ovum with blood vessels of the uterus formed for implantation of the zygote) is repeated for every 28/29days.

The cycle of events starting from the one menstruation till the last day is called MENSTRUAL CYCLE.

There 3 phases of menstrual cycle:

  1. Menstruation (4-5days) -bleeding stage
  2. Follicular phase (proliferative phase)
  3. Luteal phase(secretory phase)

SYmtoms:

Mild or severe abdominal pain.

White discharge.

Menstruation is a natural and must process in a human female  as it removes unwanted blood, its not disease to take some precautions for it.
